We’ve been busy recording our next release. In the meantime, please enjoy this remix we did of our good friend Idiot Glee’s new track, “Pinkwood”

After four months of hard work and planning it’s finally here- Wayfinder, the music video. We could not be more proud of this final product and this is almost entirely due to the incredible effort put in by our friends from Haha Fun Time. Special thanks to Jim Thiebaud and the crew at Deluxe Distribution for supplying the skateboards.

We are also in the process of relaunching our webshop. Items will be added and become available for order over the next week.

Our first release as Infinity Shred, “EP 001 (Gnar Dream),” will be available next Tuesday May 15th. The EP can be purchased digitally from our Bandcamp page and iTunes shortly after the May 15th release date. A physical version will also be available for purchase from our webshop. The physical version includes the cover art (pictured below) printed on a thick plastic card and a one time use download card which will include a high quality download of the EP in addition to bonus content exclusive to this format.

Our first release as Infinity Shred, “EP 001 (Gnar Dream)” will be available for purchase digitally on May 15th and on a physical postcard download card shortly after. For now, please enjoy the free single, “Wayfinder,” for stream and download on Bandcamp and Soundcloud.
Due to unfortunate legal circumstances we were left with only two options- 1) Change our name or 2) pay a licensing fee to the guys pictured below for usage of the name, “Starscream NYC”

 Though the emotional attachment we have to the name Starscream is undeniable we consistently preach embracing the future and decided to maintain our integrity, thus Infinity Shred was born. Now is as good a time as any for something new and we could not be more excited about what the future has in store. Additionally we would like to wish StarSkream all the best in their future endeavors and hope to have little to nothing to do with them from this point forward.

On May 12th please join us for what will be both our last show as Starscream and our first show as Infinity Shred. Idiot Glee is coming up from Lexington, KY just for this show, the Strongbros Crew will be DJing all night long (including our drummer George spinning italo vinyl) and Jean Y. Kim dazzling on visuals to make our farewell a party rather than a total bummer. Come out and celebrate with us. Details for the event can be found on the shows page.
